How-do-you-do Jim, We ruled out the internet connection issue as it occurs when the user is at the function also where we have at to the lowest degree in a higher place 50mbps download and upload speed.

Hello Tina,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We did remove function cache few days ago unfortunately it didn't assist. Information technology happens randomly with unlike documents and the user doesn't use online portal. Here is how the error bulletin looks like.
